Photos of the Parc Guell and the Montjuic mountain in Barcelona. As its name suggests, this park was commissioned by Antoni Gaudis friend, Eusebi Guell, and was intended to be a residential garden city. It is one of Barcelona's largest urban parks. The familiar Gaudi curves and mosaic work are evident all over the park. The most outstanding spots of this magnificent park include the Room of a Hundred Columns, above which is a wonderful wave-shaped viewpoint, the staircase near the main entrance and the Dragon Fountain. On the other hand, on the Montjuic mountain (Jewish mountain), you will find the Castell de Montjuīc (Castle) from which you have a very nice view of the city, and all the transformations did for the Olympic Games of 1992... The Font Magica or Magic Fountain offers spectacular display of light, water and music!
